Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to Hintly and the website at hintly.co.
Hintly is meant to help couples keep track of the small things that matter in a private shared space. That includes creating an account, connecting with a partner, using invite links or codes, and saving content such as wishes, hints, memories, reminders, and preferences inside the product.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for using invite links or invite codes intentionally. If you invite and connect with someone, you are choosing to share that couple space with them.
You should only share content you have the right to share, and you should not use Hintly to mislead someone into joining a space, to harass, pressure, impersonate, spam, or otherwise misuse the service or interfere with someone else's use of it.
Some parts of Hintly may change over time as features are refined, added, or removed. If a feature is clearly marked as planned or not yet live, it should be understood that way.
By using Hintly, you agree to use the product responsibly, to respect the privacy of the person you connect with, and to understand that device settings, shared devices, and notification previews can affect how private information appears outside the app itself.
